  • Our commitment to securing the best tenant and the maximum rent possible.
  • No Rent No Fee – If we don’t find a suitable tenant for your property we don’t charge any fee.
  • When we have found a suitable tenant will be carry out the following:
    • Create the lease agreement.
    • Ensure the tenant pays one month’s rent and deposit in advance.
    • Ensure the tenant has set up a standing order for rent.
    • Generate an inventory of contacts.
    • Arrange for utilities to be transferred into the tenants name
