- No Rent No Fee – If we don’t find a suitable tenant for your property we don’t charge any fee.
- When we have found a suitable tenant will be carry out the following:
- Create the lease agreement.
- Ensure the tenant pays one month’s rent and deposit in advance.
- Ensure the tenant has set up a standing order for rent.
- Generate an inventory of contacts.
- Arrange for utilities to be transferred into the tenants name
